Sharon A. Kane Sanctuary Energy Healing—Food As Medicine

Eastern Massachusetts

Sharon A. Kane has expanded her Sanctuary Energy Healing practice to include a workshop called Food As Medicine. The workshop focuses on creating highly nutritious foods that repair intestinal damage associated with celiac, candida IBS, leaky gut and food allergies. These foods also stimulate and rebuild the immune system. We will learn to create Kombucha, Kefir, Lacto-Fermented vegetables and Gluten-free Sourdough bread.

The workshop is offered 3 times yearly as an 8 week course. It is also offered as a daylong class throughout the year.

Dianea Kohl

EVOLution of an Orgasm. This book by Dianea Kohl integrates sexuality with spirituality by opening up to tears, especially at orgasm. It is remarkable that the first four letters of EVOLution reflects LOVE when seen backwards. So, isn't the purpose of evolution to learn to love in a profound way? Dianea's vulnerable love story will show how sex meets spirit, and hopefully encourage you on your journey. Can be ordered in bookstores for $13 (use independents if you can for book exposure), or from Dianea at dianeako@yahoo.com.

Primal Group: New York City

New York City, NY

For the last year, Sandy Weymouth and myself (Art Brown) have been hosting a peer-facilitated primal group in NYC. We meet weekly, on Monday evenings, usually following a mat-track format. It's a safe space in our Big Apple home to get into feelings on the mat, by yourself or with another—and work through past (or present) upsets to thus move closer to our natural heritage of clarity and love. It’s non-profit, so the costs (which are usually minimal) are divided up at the end of the evening.

To participate, or for more info–kindly send an email to myself (Art@ArtBrownArt.biz), or Sandy (sandyweymouth@me.com).
