Both have substantial prior training; Julia in analytic psychotherapy and Clare in Spiritual Direction. They further trained in Biodynamic and Transpersonal Psychotherapy with Rainer Pervoeltz; Pre-and Peri-natal work with William Emerson, Franklyn Sills, Gestalt psychotherapy with Mike O'Halloran, Group leadership with Alison Hunter. Using auditory and vibration stimulation, this lodge triggers past traumatic experiences and facilitates Deep Feeling Release. This new process should be used cautiously within psychotherapy.
