Brief overview
of Trauma Healing procedure:
Dr. Michael Schlosser [at the mental hygiene clinic in VA Medical
Center in Tuskegee Alabama ] healed emotional distress of combat
veterans with PTSD with his Clearing Trauma protocol. In the case
of combat veterans the trauma, the infected wound, is most often
a certain war trauma. Finding trauma , the infected wound, for veterans
is relatively easier than finding the trauma within the civilian
population. Yet both populations can be cured using this process.
The Process
Trauma Clearing is a process of systematically releasing the feeling
that has been tied to a memory. It is done systematically until
all the blocked feelings have been bleed and are gone. This is resolution,
an end point. Resolution is the complete, total absence of the emotion
of fear, terror, anger and pain associated with the memory.
The process works with one trauma at a time. We go all the way
through the memory. An ideal way to do it is in one session. It
is process of taking the traumatic memory and going through it silently
and out load, silently and out loud. Each time through, we release
the emotion connected to the memory. As the person goes through
the memory and the emotions associate with it, the person gets more
absorbed, if they are not interrupted.
The process of trauma clearing is simple to do. It is a process
of going inside and releasing the emotion. By going inside, allowing,
and accepting we get the energy of the emotion moving. The reason
the process works if because the client gives complete permission
to allow the feeling to flow. (This is the Key)
Feeling is energy in the body. It is not complex. Blocked emotions
are stored in form of knots, queasiness, volcanoes, etc. It can
be an intense painful experience that feels like a physical illness.
Many have been taught, in various forms, as children not to feel
your deeper feeling or you lose face or you are not OK. So a lot
of what is involved here on the part of the facilitator and the
client is permission. In facilitation I become like a creampuff
and ideal that is what you will become. If you can melt with the
person and I use the word melt to mean to allow the flow of feelings
to go through you. This is the most powerful permission you can
give, especially if you can melt with joy and melt tremendous acceptance.
It is not at all uncommon in trauma clearing to see the person
doing the clearing will be moving with the energy which is optimal
and the facilitator will be shedding tears too. Perfect. Ideal The
BEST!!!
