Fear Memory Integration
I'm a Certified Primal Integration Educator, who did his own personal therapy with Arthur Janov's therapists, and also with Paul Vereshack, Barbara Bryan, and Sam Turton. I graduated from the therapist training program that Sam and Barb developed. And I've been involved in men's leadership training, vision questing, and the men's movement in general. I have 15 years of experience in private practice.
My work is a unique blend of primal therapy, sensorimotor processing, soul retrieval, and pain body meditation.
Frances Rinaldo M.A., M.S., L.M.F.T.
1015 Cedar Street - Suite B
Santa Cruz, CA
Between September 1992 and November 1996, I trained with Dr. Jonathon Christie and Dr. Arthur Janov at Dr. Janov’s International Primal Training and Treatment Center in Venice, California. I offer a holistic approach to Primal, working with you to mitigate the effects of original “Primal” traumas while simultaneously helping you to function and improve your quality of life in the present. This preempts the tendency to “wait for the next feeling” to change one’s self destructive or otherwise unwanted behavior and accelerates healing. I work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I also offer film consultation (MA Cinema Production U. So. California ). See my website for more details.

Phone: (418) 522-5957
Primal center providing access to a specialized primal room called a vibroacoustic lodge. Using auditory and vibration stimulation, this lodge triggers past traumatic experiences and facilitates Deep Feeling Release. This new process should be used cautiously within psychotherapy. In addition, clients have to be supervised by a psychologist or other clinical professional. Free trial is offered to familiarize yourself with such an efficient tool.
These relived experiences follow primal tradition by bringing the person directly to his primal pain, liberating its intensity session by session. For those who want to get there, here’s a powerful tool.

I offer a safe & loving container for people to unfold and heal in their own way and time. With a background in primal integration and mindfulness practice, I facilitate both individual and group work. My background includes apprenticeship training with Sam Turton as well as other teachers in modalities such as the vision quest, ecstatic dance, meditation and consciousness exploration. Through a holistic approach to well-being, including deep emotional release & integration, clients are able to find more clarity & presence. My work in the fields of community building, nature connection and attachment parenting are assets in cultivating a broader sense of wholeness.

I was trained by Bill Swartley in the years before he died, and was part of the
same group with Richard Mowbray and Juliana Brown. I work in private
practice in North-East London, and offer coaching and spiritual mentoring
as well as Primal Integration therapy. My chapter on Primal Integration is still up on the IPA website. I have been interested recently in the question
of why Primal Integration is always ignored in books on Integration in
Psychotherapy, and my article -"Don't you Dare to Ignore the Transpersonal!"
was published recently.
