Note: the IPA policy is that an elder on the IPA board will be inactive as an elder.
IPA ELDERS
IPA Elders are a group of members of long standing and reputation,
selected and appointed by the IPA Board. It is not necessary for
them to be currently active members of the IPA. They are chosen
for their experience, integrity, and good judgment.
The purpose of the Council is to arbitrate disputes or complaints
that cannot be resolved by the IPA Board of Directors or other means.
All IPA members are welcome to contact an Elder whenever their assistance
is needed.
Each Elder serves for five years.

Member Advocate
The Member Advocate is appointed by the board to act as an initial
contact for members with issues to resolve
and will guide members to the appropriate bodies either
within the IPA or outside of it. Dianea Kohl is our current Member Advocate and may be reached by email at
